Established in 1986 by Brian Garsden, Advanced Protective Packaging is a Manchester-based family run business with nearly 40 years of experience in the design, manufacture and supply of protective packaging products.
Brian’s goal was to see Advanced grow into one of the leading national specialists in protective packaging, and this vision, coupled with the aim to provide our customers with an unrivalled customer experience, ensures that position remains to this day.
The day-to-day activities of the business are overseen by Mark Hollingsworth, the son-in-law of the business founder. He is supported by a loyal team who have an extensive knowledge of designing and manufacturing bespoke packaging solutions, from a range of materials including polystyrene, polyethylene and polyurethane foams.
The business continues its path of evolution, and in recent years we have expanded our range of products to include offering Nomafoam, Zotefoam as well as a full range of box/cartons options and other, every day ancillary packing-based products.
