On receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and confirm what to do next. Indicating this number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipment, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.
If you believe your order was short delivered, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work quickly with you to resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns without a RMA number and after 14 days from receiving your item.
To cancel an order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your order once the item(s) have been received back from you and processed in our factory.
